Responsabilidades

- Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, and TypeScript
- Write clean, high-quality tests to validate product functionality
- Set up and optimize automation environments and integrate with CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with dev, QA, and SRE to align automation strategies and resolve issues
- Identify automation opportunities, define feasible solutions with QA teams
- Contribute to sprint planning and refine scope to match goals




- Mentor and train QA team members on automation practices
- Document automation frameworks and guidance for teams
- Enhance automation tools and processes; stay updated on new testing tools
- Promote automated testing as a core part of the software development lifecycle

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Computer Science or related field
- Previous QA Automation Engineer experience
- Proven experience building automation frameworks with Playwright, Cypress, and TypeScript
- Experience with API testing and automation using Rest Assured and Java
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Solid knowledge of software testing principles (functional, regression, performance)
- Experience managing test environments and integrating tests into CI/CD (Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions)
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization
- Proven ability to mentor and lead teams in automation adoption
- Experience in code reviews and knowledge sharing
- Fluency in English; excellent communication and organizational skills
