Overview

In this role you drive the PMTD strategy for Flight Physics, aligning processes, methods and data across a multinational team. You lead digitalisation efforts to boost efficiency, competitiveness and integration with TAX, Digital and TADX. You’ll interface with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality deliveries. The position offers impact on end-to-end flight physics workflows and data governance within a powerful aerospace program.

Responsabilidades

- Manage the PMTD portfolio ensuring on-time, cost and quality deliverables
- Drive PMT process convergence and continuous improvement
- Lead the PMTD Integrated Product Team to align Flight Physics activities with TAXD




- Coordinate cross-functional digital transformation initiatives to enhance competitiveness
- Serve as Flight Physics Data officer ensuring data policies are followed
- Maintain referential management for process documentation with internal/external stakeholders
- Develop integrated solutions for end-to-end process digitalisation in Air Power engineering
- Prototype and deploy disruptive, holistic solutions to improve flight physics

Requisitos principales

- University degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics or equivalent
- 5+ years managing projects in a complex international environment
- 3+ years in programming and data science in development/engineering
- Strong communication and influencing skills for leadership and stakeholder alignment
