Overview

In this role, you will develop and execute city-level market development and upstream government engagement plans to defend market share and accelerate demand for the Core Lab portfolio. You will bridge provincial policy and local execution, coordinating cross-functional efforts to shape procurement criteria and maximize Roche’s competitive edge. You’ll engage with local health authorities, hospitals, and opinion leaders to align Roche’s clinical and strategic narrative with public priorities. Responsabilidades

- Connect prefecture-level government stakeholders with Core Lab value propositions and align engagement plans with local healthcare priorities.
- Map city-level stakeholders, hospital alliances, and competitor distributions to detect early switching signals.
- Influence early in procurement lifecycle to shape technical and value criteria with hospital leadership and key opinion leaders.
- Collaborate with Sales (PSL),



Marketing, and Access (CAMA) to craft localized bidding defenses and improve win rates.
- Coordinate internal resources and drive external partnerships to build a local ecosystem supporting initiatives like Regional Inspection Centers and Medical Commons.
- Execute CAMA-led initiatives at city level and feedback successful cases to inform higher-level decision-making.
- Ensure all interactions with public officials comply with anti-bribery/corruption policies and are well documented.
- Fulfill Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental protection duties as outlined by the organization.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.
- Operate in full compliance with Roche policies including Secure, Behavior in Business, Competition Law Dialogues, and SHE requirements.
