Overview

As EHS Manager you will lead safety on major Data Center construction projects in Barcelona. You will ensure project managers are aware of safety topics, develop and monitor the EHS plan, and oversee client and trades safety activities. You will drive safety initiatives, investigate incidents, and align local codes with the client’s safety programme. This role combines site leadership with cross‑functional collaboration to enable safe, high‑quality project delivery and client satisfaction. Responsabilidades

- Raise safety awareness among project managers
- Prepare, implement, and monitor the construction project EHS plan
- Lead safety meetings with Client & Trades
- Supervise client's project EHS oversight resources
- Assess and approve contractor safety plans
- Review and comment on High Risk Activities




- Champion safety initiatives and support safety campaigns
- Apply lessons learned and best practice
- Lead investigations and determine root causes
- Provide Safety support & guidance
- Ensure client safety requirements and local codes are met
- Coordinate with Turner & Townsend Safety Programme

Requisitos principales

- +8 years’ experience in EHS lead management
- Experience on large, complex construction projects
- Data Center experience preferred
- Proficient in project controls and technical risk assessments
- Strong communication and visualization skills
- Outstanding organizational, coordination, and leadership abilities
- Experience developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships and client-facing
- Collaborative and proactive in a team environment
- Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking and writing)
