Overview

In this hands-on role, you lead a diverse operations team at an Amazon site to ensure safety, quality, and productivity while meeting customer demands. You will analyse performance, drive process improvements, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to standardise shift processes. The role offers exposure to large-scale operations and a collaborative culture that values safety, data-driven decisions, and contingency planning.

Responsabilidades

- Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
- Analyse and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity and meet business objectives across all shifts
- Support and lead a team while handling administrative work and building a strong team culture
- Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service




- Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor or enrolled in undergraduate degree
- Experience in English-language communication (written and verbal)
- Fluent in Spanish (read, write, speak)
- Experience performing data analysis in manufacturing, production, distribution, logistics, retail, or grocery in a management role
- Preferred: experience communicating with stakeholders and working in a logistics environment
- Preferred: experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
