As Solution Architect for Integral Functions, you design enterprise solutions across core corporate domains and drive digital transformation within the Architecture CoE. You will lead architecture decisions in collaboration with Digital Delivery, Product Owners, and business operations to create scalable, integrated systems. You translate trends in Data, AI, and agentic AI into actionable opportunities, delivering architecture blueprints and ADRs that shape the technology landscape. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on design to enable global functions and operations excellence.

Responsabilidades

- Collect and analyze functional and technical requirements for Global Functions solutions
- Create architecture blueprints, models, and documentation for end-to-end designs
- Ensure solutions are scalable, modern, and well-integrated
- Collaborate with Digital Delivery and Business Operations to define architectural problems and ADRs
- Contribute to application rationalization, platform strategy, governance, and debt reduction
- Align with CoEs, Digital Delivery & Operations, and Product teams for cohesive system landscape




- Stay updated on emerging trends in Architecture, Data, AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI; translate into opportunities
- Apply innovative approaches to enhance system capabilities and continuous improvement

Requisitos principales

- Proven track record in architecting solutions for Global/Corporate Functions
- Experience across HR, Finance, Procurement, Supply chain, Legal, compliance, risk domains
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex global initiatives
- Ability to anticipate business needs and manage technical debt while delivering architecture roadmaps
- Focus on AI-enabled architectures, rationalization, and debt reduction
- Knowledge of patterns like event-driven, API-first, domain-driven design; strong integration experience
- Systems thinking, problem-solving, and strategic business acumen
- Strong communication skills with diverse audiences; collaborative across regions
- Experience in Agile product-oriented deliveries; stakeholder engagement with technology leaders
