Overview

As a Project Manager in Barcelona, you will support the PMO and coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams to meet regulatory, technical, operational, and commercial requirements. You will drive project planning, risk management, and on-time, on-budget delivery for multiple initiatives, including front-end changes, CX journey improvements, and back-office tools integration. This role enables expansion of the brand in Spain and international markets while developing the digital business for a UK-focused digital revenue strategy. You’ll work closely with design and technology teams in a hybrid setup to optimize delivery roadmaps and ensure scalable, compliant outcomes.

Responsabilidades

- Support PMO Head in project management and process improvement to align with the roadmap
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements across regulatory, technical, operational, and commercial domains
- Define, document, and execute multiple projects or complex initiatives across all phases
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate issues as needed




- Ensure activities comply with technology and regulatory frameworks and stay within scope, budget, and schedule
- Estimate and manage costs, timelines, and resources; monitor delivery
- Coordinate delivery teams with commercial and regulatory stakeholders, including third parties
- Utilize automation tools for scheduling, resource balancing, and time tracking (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Slack)

Requisitos principales

- Technical or other degree (or equivalent)
- Experience with geographically distributed teams
- Experience with third-party delivery
- PRINCE2 / PMP / Scrum or equivalent, full lifecycle delivery
- Strong business analysis skills and ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
- IT project management experience with multiple streams and fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with project management automation tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Slack)
- English required; living in Barcelona or willingness to relocate
