Overview

In this role you will guide clients in shaping and executing data strategies, from sourcing and integrating data to building KPI frameworks and dashboards. You work across analytics tooling and AI-enabled technologies to deliver actionable insights and measurable impact. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a large, international agency group and contribute to client success and data-driven decision making. This position blends strategic consulting with hands-on execution in a dynamic, client-centric environment.

Responsabilidades

- Advise clients on data strategy from data sources to实施 concrete measures
- Define KPIs and develop robust reporting frameworks for clients and internal management
- Select and implement analytics and data tools (GA4, Matomo, Adobe Analytics, CDPs, BI platforms)
- Design and maintain tracking setups (tag management, event/conversion tracking)



ensuring data flows between CMS, CRM, and analytics tools
- Create dashboards and visualizations for management and pitch presentations
- Contribute to CMS/DXP selection processes and evaluate data flows and TCO from a data perspective
- Provide strategic consulting alongside hands-on operational tasks

Requisitos principales

- Several years of experience in data or analytics consulting, with senior-level comfort
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Matomo or Adobe Analytics
- Familiarity with CDPs and CMS/DXP systems (e.g., Storyblok, Contentful, Payload)
- Ability to translate client needs into actionable data solutions
- Willingness to integrate AI-powered tools meaningfully into work
