Overview

In this role you will manage a portfolio of enterprise clients in the DACH region, acting as the primary strategic partner and trusted advisor. You’ll drive growth while ensuring client success, leveraging Perk’s expanding product suite including Yokoy. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver value, optimize travel and spend programs, and help customers scale adoption. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven position at a growth-focused, values-led SaaS company.

Responsabilidades

- Own and nurture a portfolio of enterprise accounts and serve as the main strategic contact for key stakeholders
- Develop deep knowledge of client objectives, challenges, and travel programs to advise effectively
- Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within the portfolio to drive revenue growth




- Deliver strategic business reviews to senior stakeholders using data-driven insights to demonstrate value
- Master the Perk product suite, including Yokoy, to consult on best practices
- Act as the voice of the customer with Product, Support, and Onboarding to ensure smooth rollouts and experience
- Proactively solve complex client challenges with scalable solutions to ensure retention

Requisitos principales

- Native or near-native German; fluent English
- Proven Enterprise Account Management or similar strategic client-facing experience, preferably SaaS, Travel Tech or FinTech
- Track record of meeting/exceeding retention and revenue targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with C-levels
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights and recommendations
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage high-value accounts
