Overview

In this role you will lead procurement activities for the ICP plant in Piedras Negras, driving cost, quality, and delivery improvements. You will work with cross-functional teams to support production, supplier development, and strategic sourcing initiatives that strengthen Littelfuse’s competitive position. You’ll implement annual cost reductions and support new product introductions, delivering measurable procurement performance. Responsabilidades

- Manage supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery) to ensure supply chain competitiveness
- Conduct regular business reviews with key suppliers and support supplier development
- Develop and execute annual cost reduction plans via negotiations, VAVE projects, and second-source implementation
- Partner with Engineering to support NPI, engineering changes, and cost-saving initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production requirements and sourcing strategies
- Drive supplier base consolidation and rationalization to improve performance
- Monitor and report procurement KPIs (cost savings, on-time delivery,



PPV, supplier quality)
- Maintain supplier pricing and approved source lists within SAP
- Support supply chain risk mitigation initiatives
- Other duties as assigned

Requisitos principales

- 7–10 years of procurement experience with strong category management responsibilities
- Experience with manufactured products; industrial manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience developing and maintaining strong supplier and stakeholder relationships
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
- Solid knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and cost analysis
- Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, SAP preferred, and Microsoft Office
- Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
