As Site Leader in Montmeló, you will guide the site to deliver safe, efficient operations aligned with business goals. You will influence site culture, drive performance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions that advance mobility and well-being. You’ll shape annual plans, manage budgets and talent, and lead CAPEX and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsabilidades

- Lead the Montmeló site with emphasis on ethics, safety, performance, and operational excellence
- Develop and execute the annual operating plan (AOP) in line with business needs
- Coach and develop plant and functional teams, ensuring engagement and accountability
- Oversee site planning activities including budgeting, CAPEX planning, performance reviews, organizational design, and talent reviews
- Drive manufacturing performance across HSE, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Capital, CI,



Asset Efficiency, and Organizational Development
- Strengthen functional excellence through collaboration with HSE, Quality, Manufacturing Technology, Operations Excellence, and Centers of Excellence
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing technology for on-time delivery
- Partner with business and commercial teams with a one-team mindset
- Support CAPEX initiatives related to CI, maintenance, and capacity expansion

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, polymers, materials, or related field
- 10+ years of manufacturing leadership and 15+ years in chemical/industrial operations
- Proven track record of career development in manufacturing or engineering roles
- Strong people leadership with experience in team development, performance, engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High self-motivation, urgency, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Spanish and English; Catalan a plus
- Experience in fast-paced, complex manufacturing environments
