Overview

In this role you will lead the design and harmonization of global Demand-to-Fulfillment processes, driving Back-to-Standard initiatives to maximize SAP standard functionality. You will own end-to-end process design for key areas and partner across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and SAP teams to implement a unified general template. You will shape KPI reporting and data standards, delivering impact across regions. This is a globally scoped transformation that emphasizes process excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

- Lead design and harmonization of end-to-end Demand-to-Fulfillment processes globally
- Drive Back-to-Standard initiatives leveraging SAP standard functionality
- Own process design for ATP, Product Allocation, Backorder Processing, Sales Order Management, and Delivery Scheduling
- Support STO/STR replenishment and Intercompany Fulfillment across regions
- Define harmonized master data standards for materials,



customers, and plants
- Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and SAP teams to design and implement a global template
- Support KPI and reporting framework design

Requisitos principales

- Strong SAP SD / Order Fulfillment experience
- Expertise in ATP, Product Allocation, and Backorder Processing (BOP)
- Experience with Sales Order & Delivery Management
- Strong knowledge of STO/STR and Intercompany Processes
- Experience leading global SAP transformation or template programs
- Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and process harmonization
