Overview

As a field-based medical expert, you will shape medical strategy and drive data generation in your disease area. You’ll build long-term partnerships with TAEs and investigators to deliver value to healthcare professionals, while leading field medical plan execution in collaboration with the Country Medical Manager. You’ll translate insights into local value messages, support cross-functional training, and advance innovative collaborations. This role offers meaningful impact through shaping medical initiatives and improving patient access to care.

Responsabilidades

- Serve as field medical expert for the assigned disease area and biomarker
- Drive development, implementation and monitoring of the field medical plan with MSM leadership
- Define and execute short- and long-term field medical vision, including scientific communications and partnerships
- Collect and update TAE insights and profile to align with clinical practices and data needs
- Provide scientific support for cross-functional partners, including training and query handling
- Lead the regional innovation efforts (e.g., pathology referral center collaborations)
- Contribute to advisory boards and value messages through local stakeholder engagement




- Translate insights into an effective medical strategy prioritizing gaps in the local patient journey
- Ensure IISs reviewed and compliant; manage investigator engagement and trial enrollment support
- Support Market Access with value dossiers and payer discussions
- Deliver medical training and present pipeline updates to customers
- Ensure compliance with Roche SOPs and local regulations

Requisitos principales

- Master in Clinical Medicine (or higher)
- Clinical medicine preferred; bioscience background with ≥2 years pharma medical experience
- Experience in the therapeutic area and in delivering scientific presentations
- Strong knowledge of the assigned disease area and data generation
- Excellent project management, communication, and networking skills
- Ability to work in a matrix team and manage cross-functional collaboration
- Willingness to travel 25–50%
