Overview

As General Manager for the EOR business unit, you will own strategy, growth, and end-to-end operations to scale the world’s leading integral hiring solution. You will drive verticalization for industries with complex regulatory needs and lead cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable, tech-enabled platform. You’ll partner with product, engineering, legal, and GTM to accelerate expansion, improve compliance, and enhance the EOR offering. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on transforming global employment for customers and workers alike.

Responsabilidades

- Own the EOR business end-to-end with full P&L;, growth strategy, and global performance
- Accelerate growth and execute the roadmap to expand market leadership
- Drive verticalization by building industry-specific EOR solutions (e.g., shipping, mining, entertainment)
- Scale operations including global compliance, onboarding, payroll, and lifecycle management




- Lead cross-functional execution aligning Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and Legal around priorities
- Evolve the product toward a scalable, tech-enabled platform with automation and APIs
- Operate with data to prioritize investments and improve performance
- Act as the face of EOR to internal and external stakeholders

Requisitos principales

- 15+ years of experience in GM, operations, or workforce platforms
- Proven track record owning and scaling large P&L; businesses in high-growth environments
- Experience in global, regulated, and complex operational settings
- Ability to lead large, matrixed organizations and influence without authority
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution discipline
- Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Strong product and operational judgment
