Overview

In this role you will manage warehouse processes in alignment with Ecolab policies and act as the liaison with 3PL partners to standardise procedures. You will oversee inbound/outbound flows, stock accuracy, and customer delivery performance, resolving operational issues and safety concerns. A continuous improvement mindset will drive changes with 3PLs and SAP data management at the warehouse level. You will operate in a high‑tempo environment in Barcelona, contributing to efficient, compliant warehouse operations.

Responsabilidades

- Coordinate and optimise warehousing and transportation processes with 3PLs
- Close follow-up on inbound and outbound operations and resolve issues
- Manage stock discrepancies and ensure accuracy
- Oversee on-time customer delivery and returns performance




- Handle transportation issues and escalation when needed
- Report safety incidents per Ecolab policies
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives with 3PLs
- Manage SAP master data for material creation and customer information; create operational SAP events

Requisitos principales

- Logistics or planning background
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Solid SAP experience
- English at negotiation level
- Technical or Economics degree (supply chain related certifications valued)
