Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead the development of an AI-powered financial assistant platform, guiding end-to-end delivery from design to implementation in a fast-paced, startup-like setting. You’ll shape product capabilities with a small, highly skilled engineering team and work with cutting-edge tech, architectures, and AI-assisted programming tools.

You will build and optimize AI-driven financial workflows, deploying scalable backend and frontend components. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends system design, cloud infrastructure, and product impact to transform financial utilities.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Lead end-to-end development of AI-driven financial assistant features
- Architect backend components and APIs using Python and FastAPI or similar




- Maintain scalable systems with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform for infrastructure automation
- Collaborate on frontend with React (Type Script) and AI-driven UI
- Apply AI-assisted programming approaches and modern engineering practices
- Gather requirements, perform system design, and ensure robustness across edge cases
- Work with peers in an agile, lean setup to define and iterate product capabilities
- Ensure automated testing, reliability, and best practices across the lifecycle
