You will own new-business acquisition across inbound and outbound channels, from first contact and qualification through negotiation and closing. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys prospecting, understands digital marketing, and combines curiosity with a consultative, customer-centric approach.

Identify and engage B2B prospects through cold calling, email, social selling, and inbound leads Generate qualified opportunities and build a healthy, consistent sales pipeline Conduct needs analysis and recommend AI-powered advertising solutions aligned with client goals Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing Maintain accurate sales activity, opportunity,



and client data in Salesforce or similar CRM systems German C1 and English B2 Minimum 2-3 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead qualification, and new-client acquisition Strong digital marketing knowledge, including PPC, SEO, online advertising, or related ecosystems Confident communication and negotiation skills, including interaction with senior decision-makers Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools Organized, proactive, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment Knowledge of AI, AdTech, SaaS, or digital advertising platforms Strong ability to translate customer needs into relevant commercial solutions 5,175 gross annual on-target bonus - completely uncapped, with additional earning potential based on performance Full-time position - 39 hours/week Relocation support for candidates moving to Barcelona Private health insurance Dedicated sales training, certifications, and continuous professional development
