In this role you lead the people and capability agenda for the Azure Platform Practice in Iberia, aligning talent, skills, and capacity with demand. You combine people leadership with Azure Platform and GenAI know‑how to develop adaptable talent and strengthen capabilities, while improving chargeability. You foster an inclusive, high‑performing community that supports profitable, deliverable opportunities and innovative GenAI applications across Azure platform solutions.

You work with cross‑functional partners to translate strategy into practical workforce actions and sustain technical excellence.

- Own the people and capability agenda for the Azure Platform Practice in Iberia (workforce planning, skills assessment, learning, certifications, career development, succession, engagement, retention, and leadership development).
- Anticipate capability and capacity needs and translate demand into build, hire, borrow, and deploy actions; address skill gaps via upskilling, cross-skilling, recruitment, and internal mobility.
- Own chargeability and utilization, match people to demand,



manage availability and staffing risks, and select adaptable professionals with strong learning agility.
- Partner with sales, solutioning, and delivery to provide visibility of capability readiness, assets, constraints, and risks to ensure profitable, deliverable opportunities. xugodme
- Shape and promote GenAI adoption across the practice to improve productivity, platform operations, and client outcomes while ensuring responsible use.
- Build an inclusive, connected practice community across Iberia, collaborating with Microsoft, Accenture, and global capability groups; monitor outcomes like readiness, certifications, engagement, retention, staffing predictability, and quality.
