We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Business Development Manager to help grow our presence across Iberia. Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

Develop and implement sector sales strategies, including target account identification, customer development, channel partner development, and ISV/IHV engagement plans . Identify and develop new business opportunities and build a sustainable sales pipeline within the assigned market. Support the Getac Accredited Partner Program and channel development strategy.

Participate in local trade shows and partner events; regular business travel is required.

Attend Quarterly Business

Reviews (QBRs) and present sales performance, pipeline status, market strategy,



and action plans. Monitor and communicate target customer developments, sector trends, and competitor activities. Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Business Development , preferably within the Enterprise IT industry. # Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully developing new business opportunities. # Experience in channel and partner development , including working with distributors, resellers, system integrators, and technology partners. # Full Spanish proficiency and fluent in English , with strong written and spoken English. # Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits, partner meetings, trade shows, and other business activities. #
