Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the strategy and technical leadership for rail programs from concept through commissioning. You act as technical authority and shadow operator, ensuring Ou0026amp;M interests guide design and construction. You develop maintenance concepts and lifecycle models, review designs for constructability and cost, and lead value engineering across subsystems. You coordinate cross-functional teams across international programs and mentor engineers and Ou0026amp;M staff. You’ll work with clients to align infrastructure decisions with long-term operations and expand our technical leadership in rail.

• Lead infrastructure strategy and technical reviews for rail programs from concept to commissioning
• Act as technical authority and shadow operator in design and construction decisions
• Represent operations and maintenance interests in design and construction decisions
• Develop infrastructure maintenance concepts, rules, and OPEX models for track, systems, stations, and facilities
• Review designs for constructability, maintainability, and lifecycle cost; identify risks
• Lead value engineering across civil works, track, energy, signalling, and control systems
• Support testing and commissioning planning and technical handover to operations

• Collaborate with global centers to align standards and technical solutions
• Represent discipline externally as a subject matter expert and thought leader
• Lead mentoring and capability-building programs for engineers and senior staff
• Promote accreditation and knowledge exchange across disciplines
Responsabilidades
• Civil Engineering degree
• 20+ years of senior rail infrastructure experience
• Experience across full project lifecycle: planning, design, construction, testing/commissioning, operations/maintenance
• Direct experience defining maintenance strategy and OPEX models for rail infrastructure and systems
• International project experience across multiple rail markets and multidisciplinary teams
• Good communication skills
