As a Buyer at Horse Technologies in Madrid, you will drive strategic sourcing to secure cost-efficient, high-quality, and reliable supply. You’ll work with category managers and cross-functional teams to implement global sourcing strategies and negotiate with suppliers.
Your role supports supplier development and performance improvements within a global supply chain. - Strong expertise in sourcing processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation in global environments
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into data-driven sourcing strategies
- Solid experience in managing and developing strategic supplier relationships and driving performance improvements
- Strong business acumen xugodme focused on optimizing cost, quality, and delivery while balancing commercial and operational priorities
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence, with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical and results-oriented with 5+ years in procurement or related roles; fluent in English; additional languages a plus
- Proactive, solution-oriented with ability to challenge the status quo
- Experience in aluminum production and casting operations is a plus
