A high-growth AI infrastructure business is looking for a Head of Legal to lead its European legal function, based in Madrid. This is a broad, hands-on leadership role with direct exposure to senior leadership and responsibility across M&A;, corporate, commercial and strategic matters. Key responsibilities: * Lead and build out the European legal function * Own M&A;, acquisitions, investments and corporate transactions * Lead complex commercial contracting, including MSAs, customer and vendor agreements * Advise on corporate governance, structuring and international expansion * Support financing and capital markets activity * Partner directly with senior commercial,



finance and infrastructure teams * Manage external counsel across European jurisdictions * Build scalable legal processes as the European business continues to grow Idóneo profile: * 10+ years PQE * Australian or UK qualified preferred * Strong corporate/M&A; and commercial background * Experience with complex, cross-border transactions * Strong commercial contracting experience * Comfortable operating independently and building a function * Pragmatic, commercially minded and confident advising senior stakeholders * Excellent English This is an opportunity to take full ownership of the European legal function within a rapidly scaling AI infrastructure business, with significant scope to shape the function and work closely with senior leadership.
