WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?At least7 years of professional experiencein managing Salesforce architecture and product leadership, including digital transformation strategies and enterprise systemsProven track record managinglarge-scale Salesforce projectsfor international organizationsDemonstrated experience inexecutive-level stakeholder managementand senior leadership engagementStrong background inproject and program management, handling scope, time, budget, risks and resources across multiple workstreamsExperience inchange management,



working closely with Change Managers and integrating change activities into project plansProven ability to coordinate and deliverIT–business projectsacross geographical locations and organizational departments, under pressure and in complex situationsDemonstrated leadership andteam management skillsin international and multicultural environmentsExtensive understanding ofproject management principles, methods and techniques(PMI, Prince2, Agile, etc.)Strong understanding ofDevOps and Release Managementbest practices in Salesforce environmentsExcellentcommunication skills(oral and written), with experience preparing and presenting reports, proposals and executive-level presentationsAbility to work creatively and analytically in aproblem-solving environment, managing priorities and delivering to challenging timescalesProactive, flexible, resourceful, and able to workindependently with limited supervisionPro
