She/he will have to provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand.

Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of history and heritage

Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market,



showing passion for fashion and luxury products

Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the busi

Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM and Clienteling strategies

Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise

Be confident with cashier procedures xugodme and after sales management

Experience in a similar role within fashion and luxury retail companies xqysrnh

-Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers' attitude

-Understanding of Retail

- Fluent in English, a second language will be considered a plus
