A German-speaking Customer Service Agents is needed for a team based in Valencia, Spain.

Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
- Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
- Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment
- Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated

Requirements:

- Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once
- Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
- Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role

Working Conditions:

- Schedule: Afternoon 15h-24h
- Work model: On-Site

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: Valencia: 21000 EUR base 1200/year SRV bonus
