We're supporting a fast-growing cloud and Dev Ops consultancy that helps enterprise customers modernise their cloud infrastructure and platform engineering capabilities. With a team of 60+ senior engineers, the business specialises in AWS, Kubernetes and Infrastructure-as-Code, delivering complex cloud transformation projects for international clients. They're looking for an experienced Dev Ops Engineer who can work directly with customers, own projects end-to-end, and deliver high-quality technical solutions.

What you'll be doing?

Design and build cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code, including Terraform, Terragrunt, Cloud Formation and Crossplane. Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Circle CI and Jenkins. Deploy and manage Kubernetes environments across AWS and Google Cloud.

Implement Git





Ops using Argo CD or Flux alongside Helm for application deployment.

Configure

Kubernetes tooling including Karpenter, Istio, ingress controllers and other platform components. Improve cloud cost optimisation using technologies such as Graviton/Arm64 and Spot Instances. Enhance monitoring and observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, EFK, Pixie and APM solutions.

Implement Dev Sec

Ops best practices using tools including Cloud Trail, Security Hub, Guard Duty, Snyk and Wiz. Work directly with customers to deliver projects from initial design through to production.

What we're looking for?

Minimum 2 years commercial experience with AWS. Minimum 2 years commercial experience with Kubernetes. Minimum 2 years commercial experience using Terraform. Proven experience designing and building cloud infrastructure from scratch in production environments. Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies and modern Dev Ops practices. Comfortable working independently and owning technical delivery. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers.

Desirable

Experience within a consultancy or professional services environment. Experience working with Google Cloud. xugodme Knowledge of Git Ops, observability platforms and cloud security tooling.
