Foundever® is currently recruiting a Senior Team Manager to lead operations for a prestigious luxury automotive customer experience project based in Madrid. This opportunity is designed for experienced leaders who are passionate about operational excellence, premium customer engagement, and high-performance team management within international environments. As part of this exclusive project, the selected professional will play a strategic role in delivering exceptional customer experiences aligned with the standards of a globally recognized luxury automotive brand. Key responsibilities include: * Leading and developing a customer experience team within a premium service environment * Driving operational performance through KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives * Delivering coaching, performance development, and engagement strategies * Managing escalations and ensuring service excellence across all customer interactions * Collaborating closely with stakeholders and client operations teams Candidate profile: * Advanced English level (C1 minimum)
