The Senior HR Manager – Spain is responsible for ensuring that Spain business needs,



Spanish labour requirements and operational realities are appropriately represented in Regional and HQ decision-making, while implementing Group HR policies, standards and initiatives in Spain. The Senior HR Manager will have a Spain-wide mandate from day one, with an initial priority to stabilise the Madrid operation while building the People organisation required to support future growth across Spain. The role will act as a senior business partner to the Country GM and Spain Leadership Team, providing both strategic and hands-on HR leadership.
