What are we looking for? We are looking for a IT Service Owner DBA specialized in Oracle19c and PL/SQL with a strong background in the banking sector. This role requires a highly autonomous professional who can take ownership, proactively solve complex challenges, and operate independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Location: Hybrid. Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office. Language: English is a must. Spanish desirable.
Key Responsibilities * Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and DB19 * Hands-on experience with system integrations, interface management, and scripting.. * Proven experience in the banking sector and/or wealth management projects.
* English Level required: C1 Nice to Have * Experience with Java, including Spring Boot. * Background in Kafka and/or IBM MQ * Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and XML. * Experience across the application lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines. * Knowledge of deployment and orchestration tools, particularly Octopus Deploy (Jenkins is a plus). * Experience working with GitHub and/or GitLab. * Knowledge of SWIFT messaging. * Understanding of investment products and financial instruments. * Experience within financial markets or capital markets environments. Work schedule Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
