We are a company specialising in tourist and corporate apartments, with a presence in Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, Milan, Rome, Venice and Turin.

We are looking for a Head of Operations to maximise the profitability of our buildings and operations through cost control, P&L; analysis, supplier negotiations, and the identification and implementation of operational efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Financial control of operations

-

- Monthly monitoring of the P&L; for each building.

- Analysis of deviations from budget.

- Control of cleaning, laundry, maintenance, utilities, amenities, energy and other operational costs.

- Identification of cost-saving opportunities and margin improvement initiatives, measuring costs per stay, apartment or check-in.

- Definition and monitoring of operational and financial KPIs using dashboards.

2. Procurement and supplier management

-

- Negotiation of supplier rates and contracts.

- Standardisation of suppliers across buildings.





- Review of contracts and service levels (SLAs).

- Identification of more competitive alternatives.

3. Profitability analysis

-

- Profitability analysis by building, city and business unit.

- ROI studies for new investments.

- Financial evaluation of operational projects.

4. Operational excellence

-

- Identification of inefficiencies.

- Leadership of continuous improvement projects.

- Standardisation of processes and documentation in SOPs.

- Implementation of best practices.

Requirements

-

- Degree or studies in Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.

- Advanced level of English; other languages, especially Italian, will be highly valued.

- Knowledge of hotel management or booking software.

- Basic knowledge of computer tools and office software.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and resolve their concerns.
