Cross-Border Logistics Operations Manager What You'll Do
Manage warehouse entry reservations
Monitor full cargo flow from destination port to warehouse
Follow up on booking, pickup, customs declaration and clearance
Track shipment status and resolve exceptions in a timely manner
Manage operational data for cross-border businesses
Analyze overall operational performance in Europe and propose optimization plans
Maintain logistics operation ledgers
Calculate transit time and optimize transport capacity
Generate operation reports and KPI data
About You
Industry Experience: 3 years or above
Position-related Experience: 3 years or above
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese and English
Professional Skills: Prior cross-border operation experience required; candidates with customs or cross-border trade professional training are preferred
