RED is currently looking for Agile Coaches for one of our major clients (hybrid role in Barcelona).

The Agile Coach will embed Agile principles within a complex, hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) ERP delivery environment. You will partner with program leadership, the PMO, and system integrators to scale frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), remove execution bottlenecks, and drive a cultural shift toward continuous improvement across distributed global teams.

g: Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders on scaling Agile frameworks within complex ERP environments. Hybrid Alignmen

t: Align Agile ways of working with strict PMO governance structures, managing dependencies and release constraints typical of SAP rollouts. Flow Optimizatio

n: Facilitate cross-functional ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and utilize metrics to improve predictability and flow. Change Managemen

Design workshops and act as a change agent to shift mindsets toward pragmatic, data-driven Agile practices.
