As General Clinical Program Lead you will drive the clinical development strategy and execution for hematology/oncology programs. You will lead cross-functional teams across discovery to late-stage development, shaping integrated plans and engaging external experts. You will influence governance and investment decisions, delivering robust data packages to support PoC and Phase 3 milestones.

This role offers visibility in the oncology community and a chance to advance transformative medicines for patients in need.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Lead clinical development teams from preclinical candidate selection through PoC to Phase 3 investment decisions.
- Own regulatory submissions and ensure delivery of projects on quality, time, budget, and resources.
- Develop and align strategic and coordinated clinical development plans with business objectives.
- Lead and communicate the clinical development strategy at governance meetings and with external collaborators.




- Manage all clinical aspects of project strategy including translational, regulatory, pediatric, and Asian development strategies.
- Develop Target Product Profile aligned with disease area strategy and late-stage development.
- Co-lead the Clinical Program Team (CPT) to mitigate risk, make decisions, and manage change. xugodme
- Mentor and coach cross-functional team members to maintain CPT effectiveness.

Responsabilidades

- M.D. or international equivalent
- Industry experience in drug development including early and late phase and regulatory knowledge
- Strong hematology/oncology therapeutic area knowledge with diverse mechanisms
- Broad understanding of evolving clinical landscape in hematology/oncology
- Proven leadership in a highly matrixed environment
- Proven ability to influence across departments and with senior leaders
- High integrity and strong organizational and project management skills
