Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding and probation management.

Develop and optimize HR policies, employee handbook, and internal management processes.

Manage employee lifecycle administration, including contracts, personnel records, attendance, leave, promotions, transfers and offboarding.

Coordinate payroll preparation with external payroll providers.

Ensure compliance with Spanish labor laws and company policies.

Support performance management, employee development and organizational planning.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and strengthen company culture.

Prepare HR reports, headcount analysis and workforce planning for management.

Administration





Oversee daily office administration and facility management.

Manage office supplies, company assets and administrative budgets.

Coordinate business travel, company events and internal meetings.

Manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers.

Ensure smooth administrative operations across all departments.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.

Minimum 3 years of HR and Administration experience.

Strong knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and HR best practices.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Fluent in Spanish and English ; Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus. xugodme
