We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will contribute to building and maintaining the backend systems that power our core products used by multinational clients, working alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative environment.
Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot .
Work on system architecture, performance, reliability, and security.
Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, and actively participate in code reviews.
Support deployment, monitoring,



and troubleshooting in production environments.
Help improve engineering standards, tooling, and backend best practices.
Around 3–5 years of professional experience as a Backend or Fullstack Engineer , with a clear focus on backend development.
Solid knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and common backend architecture patterns.
Understanding of scalable systems, data consistency, and performance considerations.
Interest in continuous learning and improving both individual and team performance.
Experience with Docker , CI/CD pipelines , or cloud-native environments .
Build real-world FinTech products that solve complex problems for global enterprises.
