? About the Role
We are looking for a Corporate Supplier Quality Manager to shape and lead the integral supplier quality strategy at Roca Group. You will play a pivotal role ensuring our extensive supplier network delivers products that meet and exceed the highest standards, supporting our vision of operational excellence and innovation worldwide.
? Key Responsibilities
?️ Design and implement a standardized Supplier Quality Management (SQM) process across all regions and business units.
? Partner with Procurement to embed quality requirements in sourcing and supplier contracts, aligning commercial agreements with quality expectations.
? Lead global supplier audits and qualification, ensuring risk-based methodologies and best practices are deployed.
? Develop supplier maturity models and drive improvement programs for strategic and underperforming suppliers.
? Own the supplier complaint and escalation process, ensuring robust root cause analysis and sustainable issue resolution.
