Prepare and maintain daily construction reports based on site updates, project documents, and researched information

Draft construction-related correspondence using templates and site management input

Research and track project documentation related to changes, delays, claims, and escalations

Maintain document records, trackers, action lists, and change management documentation

Attend site meetings and prepare professional meeting minutes

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction documentation, project administration, or site coordination

Strong document management and reporting skills

Ability to read and understand technical drawings

Experience with MS Office (Word & Excel) and document management systems

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently

Business fluent in English and Spanish xsgfvud

Valid driver's license

Must be legally authorized to work and freelance in Spain
