In this role you support global order management and customer service within Volpak's Spare Parts Operations team. You will collaborate with Purchasing, Planning, Technical Office, Warehouse and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment and a positive customer experience. The position offers exposure to international processes and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.

You will build direct relationships with customers and external partners, adding value through accurate processing and proactive communication.

- Support management of customer quotations, orders and shipments with accuracy and timeliness
- Handle order-management administration including invoicing, shipping documents and credit notes
- Monitor delivery timelines and provide customers with status updates
- Collaborate with internal departments to support daily operations




- Manage customer communications via email in a professional, customer-focused manner
- Develop direct relationships with customers and external partners as a trusted contact

Responsabilidades

- Experience in administrative, customer service, order management or back-office roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- English proficiency (B2 level or equivalent)
- SAP knowledge considered a plus
- Strong organizational skills xugodme and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach
- Positive attitude, flexibility and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset and autonomy in daily activities
