Are you passionate about beauty, wellness, and delivering exceptional customer care? A hair and beauty salon in Calvià, Mallorca, is looking for a motivated Aesthetic Assistant to join its team. This is a permanent, part-time position starting in October 2026, offering you the opportunity to work in a supportive salon environment with options to expand your hours.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Performing basic manicures and standard nail polish application
- Applying nail extensions using gel, acrylic, and acrygel techniques
- Providing complete pedicures and professional makeup services
- Delivering facial treatments, body massages, and wood therapy (maderoterapia)
- Ensuring a clean, welcoming, and professional treatment area
To be considered for this position, you should bring the following background and skills:
- Vocational qualification in aesthetics (intermediate vocational training / FP de Grado Medio in aesthetics)
- At least 12 months of professional experience in beauty or aesthetic treatments
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with an eagerness to learn
- Ability to commute reliably to the workplace in Calvià
- Language skills are considered an asset
This position offers a permanent contract (contrato fijo) covering a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 13:00, with potential to extend to a full-time position. The gross salary corresponds to €800 per month for the 20-hour work week.
