Contribute to the development, execution, and management of programs for Gartner’s CSO Strategy & Operations team

Lead initiatives and identify opportunities to increase performance against proven practices and accelerate client retention

Assess leader and associate performance, identify best practices, and translate them into actionable guidance and enablement resources

Collaborate across Sales, Product, Technology, and Insights to deliver coordinated solutions and programs to service teams

Work with GS&D; Ops, Sales Leaders, Team NCVI Partners, and Service Delivery teams to drive execution and monitor ongoing effectiveness

Identify and mitigate strategic risks related to process initiatives and retention performance

Produce operational and planning reports and presentations for senior business leaders, including quarterly operations reviews, monthly business reviews, and OC Update meetings

Conduct qualitative and quantitative analytics and monitor key business drivers

Identify and drive operational improvements, provide actionable recommendations, and drive transparency of results

Cultivate relationships across operational, sales, partner, and service delivery teams

Partner with stakeholders to solve problems and identify business improvement opportunities

Requirements

Working knowledge of Gartner’s product suite beneficial

Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence in a matrixed environment

Excellent analytical skills

Ability to analyze large datasets and translate raw information into succinct, actionable insights





Ability to create PowerPoint slides for senior leadership

Ability to understand business initiatives and challenges and recommend business solutions using fact-based analytics

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to create and deliver effective decks and emails for multiple staff levels, including executives

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple work streams and large amounts of detail simultaneously

Program management experience

Ability to organize and track complex projects, keep self and others on track, and identify emerging issues
