Experteer Overview
In this role you will support Fever’s general inorganic growth by underwriting and executing Mu0026amp;A opportunities in the entertainment sector. You will work closely with the Mu0026amp;A Team to build rigorous financial models, valuations, and investment theses that inform senior leadership. You’ll manage due diligence and deal execution, coordinating cross-functional analysis and timelines. This is a fast-paced, quantitative role at a category-leading company shaping the future of live entertainment.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business, Economics or Finance
• 1-3 years in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, Mu0026A or strategy roles
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex data
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with exposure to senior stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• Genuine interest in Mu0026A and growth within a transaction-driven role
