Experteer Overview In this role you lead the Immunology field organization in Spain, driving franchise growth and launch excellence while building a high-performing, compliant, customer-centric team. You translate strategy into field execution, ensure strong customer engagement, and influence cross-functional partners to achieve business objectives. You will shape the Immunology franchise and empower leadership across the region with a focus on impact, learning, and accountability.
