Your missions?

- Lead and coordinate multiple Workplace and End Users Services projects in an international environment.

- Manage projects from planning to deployment, ensuring delivery within scope, cost, quality and timelines .

- Coordinate international stakeholders across different entities, business functions, product teams and technical experts.

- Establish and maintain project governance , including Steering Committees, reporting, KPIs and decision-making materials.

- Identify dependencies, manage the risk register and proactively mitigate risks and issues.

- Drive change management, adoption and training activities , ensuring a smooth transition to BAU operations.

- Coordinate local rollouts and ensure alignment with business cases, expected benefits and deployment plans.

- Ensure alignment with Agile, DevOps, architectural, data, security and quality standards .

- Work on projects involving Workplace AI and Generative AI solutions within the Microsoft 365 environment.

✍️ Your profile?

- Degree in IT, Business, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Workplace / End User Services or Digital Adoption projects.





- Proven experience managing multiple projects in parallel within international and matrix environments .

- Strong experience in project governance, risk management and change management .

- Hands-on and pragmatic approach, with strong problem-solving and delivery skills.

- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies would be a plus.

- Experience with Workplace AI / Generative AI and Microsoft 365 would be a plus.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with senior and executive stakeholders .

- Fluent in Spanish, French and English , both written and spoken.
