Setopay SL is a Payment Service Provider based in Marbella. We work with international merchants across iGaming, fintech, and high-risk sectors. We move fast and we expect the people around us to do the same. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with hands-on experience in payment processing, PSP operations, or fintech. This is not an entry-level role.

What you will do

Own the day-to-day coordination of the sales pipeline — lead tracking, follow-ups, documentation, CRM hygiene

Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and merchant onboarding documentation

Support the sales team through the full merchant acquisition cycle — from first contact to live processing

Chase outstanding items internally and externally without being asked twice

Keep sales reports and performance tracking accurate and up to date

Identify gaps in the sales process and flag them early

What we require

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, or a similar role — in a PSP, acquiring bank, payment processor, fintech,



or SaaS company

Familiarity with payment processing concepts: merchant onboarding, acquiring, chargebacks, settlement

Excellent written and verbal English — you will communicate directly with international merchants and partners

Comfortable with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and Google Workspace

Detail-oriented and self-sufficient

What we will not consider

Candidates without experience in payments, PSP, or fintech

Candidates who need heavy supervision to operate xugodme

Remote work — this is a fully onsite role in Marbella
