About the Role You’ll lead the revenue strategy across a multi-property portfolio — not just executing pricing changes, but owning the analysis, the strategy, and the results. This is a hands‑on, data‑driven role for someone who thrives deep in the numbers: you’ll live inside dynamic pricing tools daily, spot patterns others miss, and turn insight into pricing decisions that move occupancy and ADR across dozens of listings simultaneously.
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis (comp sets, demand trends, local events) to inform pricing decisions
Track and analyze key revenue metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pickup, pace) and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Build and maintain revenue performance reports for property owners and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with property management and reservations teams to align pricing strategy with on‑the‑ground operations
Support Channel Manager (Cloudbeds) configuration and troubleshooting as it relates to rate and availability distribution
Continuously test and refine pricing rules based on performance data
4+ years of proven experience in revenue management, pricing analytics, or OTA channel management, ideally managing multiple properties or a distributed portfolio simultaneously xqbhyrx (hospitality, short-term rentals, or vacation rentals strongly preferred)
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills
Strong written and spoken English (portfolio communication is in English)
Background in vacation rentals, boutique hotels, or property management companies
Familiarity with Google Hotel Ads or other metasearch channels
Remote-friendly role, with on‑site flexibility for the right candidate

Monitor forecast accuracy, track order backlog and budget performance, and identify, analyze, and communicate variances, risks, and opportunities.

Prepare and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports that support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.
Champion data quality
Ensure the integrity, consistency, and completeness of information across CRM, finance, and accounting systems through proactive data management and governance.
Drive operational excellence
Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency across teams.
Enable day‑to‑day business success
Provide reliable administrative and operational support, managing ad‑hoc requests while ensuring smooth execution of business activities.

Several years of experience in Business Operations, Finance Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or a similar business support function.
Strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and operational performance tracking.
Experience supporting contract management, billing processes, and revenue-related activities.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Hands‑on experience working with CRM, finance, and accounting systems while maintaining a strong focus on data quality.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across different business functions.
Very good Spanish (min. C1) and English (min. C1).
