Drive Commercial Growth: Boost conversion, upselling, revenue, CSAT, and quality KPIs across the team.
Master Sales Techniques: Manage real-time shift flow and assist agents with complex customer scenarios.
Experience: 4+ years in target-driven sales (experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or OTAs is a strong plus).
German
Native-level is required (additional languages are a plus).
Availability for rotating shifts: morning and afternoon shifts and some weekends.
