In this role you will design, develop and lead AI/ML solutions for production, emphasizing scalable, reliable systems. You will define and evolve MLOps platforms to automate model lifecycles from training to governance. You will collaborate with Data Science teams to turn prototypes into production services and integrate AI models with business applications.

You will promote strong software engineering practices, implement CI/CD for AI, and mentor junior colleagues as you shape the organization’s AI platform.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Design, develop and lead AI/ML solutions for production environments
- Define, implement and evolve MLOps platforms and model lifecycles (training, validation, versioning, deployment, monitoring, governance)
- Collaborate with Data Science teams to industrialize models into productive services




- Design/develop APIs, microservices and architectures to integrate AI models with business applications
- Promote software engineering practices: automated testing, code review, documentation, observability, modular design
- Define and implement CI/CD processes for AI apps/models
- Define model monitoring strategies: performance metrics, drift, data quality, explicability, alerting
- Integrate AI solutions with xugodme data platforms, cloud architectures and business ecosystems with security and resilience
- Contribute to reference architectures, standards, patterns and best practices
- Mentor junior profiles and participate in strategic tech decisions about the AI platform
- Work in multidisciplinary, agile teams across business, engineering, architecture and operations
