In this role you will design and build scalable backend services in .NET to power Betsson's Campaigns u0026amp; Rewards. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate engagement ideas into robust solutions and improve system performance, reliability, and observability. You will lead architectural decisions, drive containerization and cloud migration, and shape technical standards.

A strong focus on quality, maintainability, and collaboration with product and operations teams will help deliver engaging experiences for players. This is an opportunity to impact loyalty initiatives at scale within a fast-moving, innovative environment.

- Participate in architecture discussions and shape technical decisions
- For senior engineers: lead architectural decisions and identify areas for improvement
- Write maintainable, well-tested code and conduct code reviews
- Participate in incident resolution and on-call rotation
- Maintain technical documentation (ADRs, runbooks, guidelines)
- Build and share domain expertise within the team
