As Senior Commercial Product Manager at Ebury Madrid, you will shape the treasury-focused product offerings for institutional clients. You’ll lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams to solve complex treasury problems for funds, LPs, and service providers. You’ll blend technology, analytics, and operations to deliver high-impact treasury solutions and drive regional growth.

This role sits at the intersection of product, finance, and customer value, offering meaningful impact in a fast-growing fintech. You will work closely with leadership and general teams to accelerate the Institutional Solutions business and shape the future of cross-border treasury management

- Identify high-impact treasury problems and opportunities for private market participants and their service providers
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap; align cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations and Dealing to deliver outcomes
- Analyze FX, derivatives, interest income, and regional growth opportunities




- Gather requirements, epics, and user stories with clients and internal teams
- Conduct market and competitor Analysis to inform pricing, functionality, and roadmap
- Develop deep understanding of treasury management and legal technology workflows

Responsabilidades

- Experience with Treasury products (FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives, cash management)
- Knowledge of financial markets tech stacks and fintech treasury management systems
- Experience building or leading product/operations teams; hands-on product development
- Ability to xugodme translate financial requirements into product specs; comfortable working with established systems and integrating third-party solutions
- Experience developing and executing product strategies involving financial systems or regulations
