At Tradebe, we’re looking for a Digital Communication Specialist to join our team and help shape the digital presence of our Life Sciences Business Line.

Within Tradebe Life Sciences, you’ll have the opportunity to communicate the work we do to support companies in one of the world’s most important sectors — helping transform complex environmental challenges into real, measurable impact.

Reporting to the Integral Brand & Communications Director, you’ll play a hands-on role in creating compelling content, managing digital channels and supporting communication campaigns across international markets.

What will you do?

Create content that connects

- Develop, edit and publish engaging content for websites, intranet, newsletters and social media.
- Bring our brand identity and tone of voice to life across every channel.
- Support the development and execution of digital communication campaigns.
- Turn complex topics into clear, engaging and meaningful stories.

Manage and grow our digital channels

- Keep websites up to date, accurate and engaging.
- Manage corporate social media channels, including LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Support email marketing campaigns from content and design through to distribution and reporting.
- Monitor KPIs across digital channels and campaigns.
- Analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
- Prepare reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Be part of the bigger picture

- Support internal communication initiatives, events and campaigns.
- Collaborate with teams,



stakeholders and colleagues across different business lines and geographies.
- Help ensure a consistent and impactful Tradebe brand experience worldwide.
- Help communicate the positive environmental impact behind our business.

What are we looking for?

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital communications, marketing or a similar role.
- Experience managing corporate social media channels and websites.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite.
- An analytical mindset and the ability to turn data into meaningful recommendations.
- Excellent English and Spanish writing and editing skills.
- A proactive, organized and collaborative approach, with strong time-management skills.
- Most importantly, curiosity, creativity and a genuine interest in sustainability and purpose-driven communication.
